Conditions of Use/Terms and Conditions:
Warranty details: Hard Drives: All hard drive upgrades/repairs include a one year manufacturer warranty.
Memory: All memory upgrades include a one year manufacturer warranty.
Optical Drives: All optical drive replacements include a one year manufacturer warranty.
Displays: All display replacements include a one year manufacturer warranty.
iPhones, iPads and iPods: All iPhone, iPad and iPod repairs include a 90 day warranty.
Glass Panel Replacements: Glass panel replacements include no warranty unless it is determined there is a defect with the glass itself (e.g air bubbles in the glass). If the glass is broken in any way, it is considered accidental damage and thus not covered.
Manufacturer warranty protects against product defects and does not include accidental damage (drops, liquid damage, etc).
If device is determined to be under warranty but needs to be shipped, customer is required to incur these costs.
In certain cases, warranty may vary due to repair type/parts used.
Please Note: While our staff holds certain Apple Certifications, Break Free Tech Solutions does not provide in-warranty (AppleCare) repairs. While some repairs (e.g. RAM upgrades) will not void the manufacturer 1yr or extended 3yr protection plan, other repairs (e.g. LCD replacements) will. Break Free Tech Solutions repair services are intended principally for out of warranty Apple hardware.
Regarding Liquid Damaged Devices: We will make our best effort to repair these devices. However, please be aware that liquid damage tends to worsen overtime and therefore we are unable to warranty repairs on these devices.
Data Policy: Regardless of repair type, we strongly recommend backing up all data before sending in device for repair. Break Free Tech Solutions is not responsible for any data loss that may be incurred during repairs.
Privacy Policy:
Break Free Tech Solutions collects personal information at the time purchase, when a web store account is created, and/or when contacted directly. The personal information that we collect includes your email address, full name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and other personal information. We use this information strictly to contact you, to accuratley complete orders, to continue to improve our service and to conduct internal research. It is our strict policy to keep your information confidential. Unless you specify otherwise, we do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to other companies.
Fees:
All repair service fees are due upon ordering respective services.
